I am quite well known in the Maltese Mac community, having sold Macs for 14 years. In those 14 years I gained considerable experience on Macs, in particular on the software trouble-shooting side of things and with an emphasis on CUSTOMER SERVICE.


I teach and support mainly home and business users, and offer quite a few different services which you will find interesting (see below).


No fix - no pay. That is my pledge to you, the customer.

Mac Tuition


I charge €17.70 per hour for a tuition session on your Mac in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are designed to be FUN and are suitable for ALL users irrespective of age or ability.


I offer personal training which is normally customer-led so you learn the things you want to know, at a speed that is comfortable for you. Maybe you’re reasonably Mac conversant but would like to do more with, for example, Keynote. Maybe you have a small list of little things that have been bugging you. Give me a call!

    •    OS X Mail - setting up your email for the first time

    •    iTunes and iPods

    •    iLife (iTunes, iPhoto, GarageBand, iWeb & iMovie)

    •    Organising your Mac

    •    Backing up your files

    •    iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers).

    •    Setting up a website with iWeb

Software Support


I offer on-site Mac software troubleshooting on a no-fix/no charge basis. My goal is to provide non-destructive solutions where possible (re-installing the system would be a last resort).


At a reasonable rate of €17.70 per hour and a fast service what have you got to lose?
